We're required by section 11C of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) to publish a disclosure log on our website.
The Disclosure Log lists the documents released by us in response to Freedom of Information requests.
The publication of these documents must be done within 10 days of the release of the documents to the applicant.
The only exemptions are information of the following kinds, if it's unreasonable to publish:
- personal details about any individual
- business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person
- other information of a kind determined by the Information Commissioner
Exemptions may also apply to particular sections of the published document. Where applicable, these redactions have been identified.
The documents contained in the Disclosure Log may not be accessible to people using some assistive technologies. If you can't access documents on the Disclosure Log, contact the FOI Coordinator to discuss other access arrangements.
Under the FOI Act we must also have a plan for the information we will publish about who we are and what we do as part of the Information Publication Scheme.
