Social Media House Rules
To help us build a safe and respectful social media community, please follow these rules:
- Be respectful. Stay on topic and avoid using offensive and threatening language.
- Mind the misinformation. Speak on behalf of yourself. Check your facts before sharing them and confirm the source of information you read.
- Protect your privacy. Keep personal information like your phone number and email address private.
- Keep it kind. Navigating a disaster is stressful. We can all do our part to support each other.
These rules apply to all of our social media accounts. They add to each platform's Terms of Service.
Users who break these rules may have their comments deleted or profiles blocked.
We moderate our social media accounts during business hours. These hours are 9am to 5pm AEST Monday to Friday.
